Flow:Power: One Breath, One Movement

Continuous, challenging flow for experienced movers.

flow-power-one-breath-one-movement

One breath. One movement.

Flow : Power is where your practice starts moving continuously. Here, your breath, body and mind work together through creative and challenging sequences. Rather than pausing between every posture, you'll move from one shape into the next, building heat, strength and cardiovascular endurance as you go.

Expect a faster pace, more complex transitions and challenging variations — including arm balances, inversions and other skills that ask you to put your practice together.

What happens in a Flow : Power class?

The class is designed around continuous movement.

You'll move through sequences that challenge your ability to maintain control while your body is working hard. As the practice builds, you’ll be asked to coordinate your breath with movement, maintain focus and make decisions about the variations that work for you.

You might encounter an arm balance, or work towards an inversion. You might find yourself moving through a sequence you didn't think your body could handle.

But you’ll always have options. The challenge isn't about forcing yourself into the hardest variation.

It's about finding your edge, then learning how to move from there.

What will you work on?

Flow : Power focuses on:

  • Muscular strength through weight-bearing and challenging movement patterns.
  • Balance and stability from exploring more complex sequences.
  • Endurance by sustaining movement over the course of the class.

Over time, you'll build the physical capacity and confidence to approach more demanding movements with control.

Who is Flow : Power for?

Flow : Power is intentionally designed not to be beginner-friendly.

We recommend having some flow experience before stepping into this class. You should be comfortable moving through foundational poses and linking sequences together without needing every transition broken down.

If you’ve been practising Flow : Pace consistently and feel ready for more intensity and complexity, Flow : Power could be your next step.

If you're unsure, start with Flow : Build first. There's no rush to move up.

How often should I take Flow : Power?

1-2 times/week

If you’ve been practising Flow:Pace or Flow:Build consistently and feel ready for more intensity and complexity, 1-2 classes will be sufficient to challenge yourself.

2-3 times/week

For experienced yogis, 2-3 classes is good for you to continuously experiment with various complex shapes and improve your overall fitness.

And because the class is physically demanding, we recommend balancing your practice with lower-intensity classes such as Base, Mobility or Reset. Remember, taking a slower pace class isn't stepping backwards.

Your body needs strength, challenge, recovery and refinement. They all feed into each other.
