I. Application of These Terms and Conditions
These “Terms and Conditions”, as operated by Yoga Movement PTE LTD (“YM”), shall govern your relationship with YM, including but not limited to, the use of the YM Website (www.yogamovement.com, the “Website”) and the YM Mobile Application (the “App”) to manage your account, bookings, communication, purchases and registration with YM, as well as the use of and attendance at YM Studios.
By your attendance at YM and usage of the Website, App, and facilities, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website or App, purchasing a YM class, booking a YM class, and/or using or attending a YM class.
YM has the rights to amend this information without notice. The Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. By using the Website or App, buying YM Class Packs, booking classes, buying merchandise, your communication with YM, and your use of and attendance at YM’s studios, you agree to be bound by any such revisions. YM clients are encouraged to check this document periodically to stay informed of current guidelines.

II. Class Bookings
You will need to sign up either on the YM Website or YM App and make relevant payment before a booking can be made. Bookings can also be made through our Live Chat, at our Front Desk in person, or by contacting the studio.
If you're on the YM Membership, you get exclusive early booking privileges of 2 weeks prior to the class. For all other packages, reservations can be made up to exactly six days (144 hours) prior. That means, if you’re looking to book a class on Aug 31, 6pm, bookings will open Aug 25, 6pm. Otherwise, you are able to “Walk-In” to classes with available space. Bookings are always encouraged to avoid disappointment.
We highly recommend that you plan to be at the studio twenty (20) minutes before the start of your class, to allow for any travel challenges, and simply to give yourself the time to check-in and be “yoga ready”.
III. Cancellation Policy for Booked Classes
You are able to cancel your class booking without any charges or loss of classes from your Class Pack up until six (6) hours prior to class commencement time for all classes. Should you not cancel class before this time, or simply not show up for the class, you will incur a late cancellation charge of one class credit if you're on a regular Class Pack, Share Pack or Single Class purchase; or a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 if you're on the YM Membership.
Cancellations can be made through the YM App, Live Chat, at our Front Desk in person or by contacting the studio.
IV. Late Coming and Early Departure
If you are running late for your booked class, we ask that you call the studio to let us know you are on the way.
To avoid disruptions, clients are strongly discouraged from leaving the studio before the end of class, unless in an emergency. Attendees' re-entry to class when deemed unsafe or disruptive will be at the discretion of the teacher. If an early departure is made by choice, your class will not be returned.
V. Classes and Class Packs
Yoga Movement offers a variety of classes at designated times.
Yoga Movement reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any class, including class times and class types, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Members acknowledge and agree that Yoga Movement shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or cost incurred as a result of such changes. Members are responsible for reviewing the Yoga Movement website or mobile application for the most up-to-date schedule and information. Purchases of classes or Class Packs can be made online on the YM Website or through the YM App. Alternatively, payments can be made in studio for regular Class Packs. We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard if you make your purchase through the YM Website or App. We accept payments via contactless payment and Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards if you make your purchase in studio. Your Class Pack and YM Membership will initiate on the date of purchase. You can view all Yoga Movement classes and class prices on the YM App or YM Website.
You cannot gift your classes, redeem them for cash, or on sell them outside of YM. Any classes or Class Packs that have been purchased anywhere other than YM will not be honored.
Classes do expire. The expiration dates of your Class Packs can be found under the ‘My Classes > My Class Packs’ section of the website and the ‘Profile > My Class Packs’ section of the YM App. The validity will also be clearly stated on your Class Pack purchase receipt. These validities vary based on Class Pack sizes. Promotional Class Packs may also carry different validity periods. We will send an email notification to the address assigned to your profile a month before the expiration of your package.
Future class prices are subject to change, however, YM will honor your class or series of classes until the expiration date and no longer.
For Individuals:
Purchased classes are only for the use of the individual that purchased the classes.
We will send a notification out through the YM App and via email a month before the expiration of your Class Pack. If, however, you cannot finish your classes within the allotted validity period, YM will allow up to two (2) validity extensions of one (1) month per extension, per package, excluding the YM Membership. These extensions must happen when the package is still active within the validity period. Eligibility for these self-extensions are determined by the type of Class Pack purchased and must be verified via a valid purchase receipt.
With effect from 9 March 2026, the rollover of expired classes will no longer be permitted. This change applies to all Class Packs, including existing and currently active packs. From this date onwards, any unused classes will expire in accordance with the original validity period stated at the time of purchase, and no rollover requests will be accommodated.
Terms and conditions may vary for limited edition promotional packs. Please refer to your purchase screen for specific details relating to special pack promotions.
Your membership will commence on the purchase date and continue for the minimum term specified. At the end of the minimum term, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly.
If you do not want your membership to be renewed, you must cancel your membership directly via the Website or App prior to your next billing date. Memberships not cancelled through the Website or mobile application will automatically renew in accordance with these Terms of Service. Cancellations will be made based on your monthly billing cycle; memberships will not be pro-rated.
The YM Membership may be paused a maximum of two (2) times within the 6-month period, for a total combined duration not exceeding fourteen (14) days within that 6-month period. Once the maximum of 2 pauses within the 6-month period has been utilised, no further pauses may be processed via the App.
Requests for additional suspension beyond the in-app limit must be submitted in writing via email and, if approved, will be processed manually via the Company. Any additional suspension granted beyond the in-app allowance will incur an administrative fee of SGD $20 per week.
All membership fees are paid in advance. Payment of the membership fee is by direct debit. You warrant that you will always have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the membership fee, and breach of this warranty may result in us terminating your membership.
Should there be special circumstances regarding your ability to complete your package, refer to clause VI.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
For Groups:
YM requires you to assign a Pack Leader before purchasing the Share Pack. The Pack Leader will have access to the account management. We will send the Pack Leader a notification through the YM App and via email a month before the expiration of the Share Pack. Strictly no extensions will be given on any Share Packs.
Please consider your Pack Members carefully, as YM will not facilitate any negotiation of disputes between Pack Members.
All Class Pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
VI. Special Circumstances And Right to Transfer of Package
We will grant a one-time transfer at no additional cost per non-shareable Class Pack. Transfers can only be done before the expiration date of the Class Pack. The validity of the transferred package will not restart but continue as it is at the time of transfer. Shareable Class Packs and YM Membership are not eligible for transfers. Partial transfers are not allowed.
VII. Retail and Merchandise
All retail and merchandise sales are non-refundable at YM. All merchandise, with the exception of sale items (if any), may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date, as long as the product is unused and unsoiled, with all tagging still intact.
YM will occasionally, at its own discretion, conduct sales on YM Merchandise and other products. All sales on discounted product are final. If you're on the YM Membership, your discount cannot be stacked. Exchanges are not offered on sale products.
VIII. Gift A Class Pack
You may gift a Class Pack using the YM App or Web. The validity of each pack you gift is dependent on the size of the Class Pack. The gifted pack will activate on the date of purchase.
IX. Lost or Damaged Personal Property
Each YM studio provides lockers to house your personal goods when class is in session. YM also maintains CCTV at all studios common areas. Regardless of care taken to avoid loss, YM is not liable or responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of personal property within the YM Studios.
All items left in our studios will be kept for a maximum period of 14 days, and if left unclaimed, can be disposed without prior notice. Items like underclothing and toiletries will be discarded immediately due to strict hygiene considerations.
X. Waiver and Release
At YM we prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of our members throughout their practice. Our experienced teachers may offer hands-on adjustments during classes to help the members deepen their practice, improve alignment, and prevent injury. These adjustments are always optional and are performed with the utmost care and respect for each individual's boundaries. We encourage open communication between teachers and members; if at any time you prefer not to receive hands-on adjustments, you are encouraged to inform the teacher, and alternative guidance will be provided. By participating in our classes, members acknowledge and consent to the possibility of receiving hands-on adjustments, understanding that they are offered with the intention of enhancing the overall yoga experience.
Yoga Movement operates CCTV cameras within the practice room for the purposes of safety, security, and operational monitoring. By entering the studio, you acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and agree that Yoga Movement shall not be liable for any incidents captured on CCTV or any personal loss or damage arising from its use.
By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and using the premises, facilities and equipment (individually and/or collectively, the "Classes and Facilities") of YM, you hereby acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns, that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in practicing yoga at YM. You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and that YM and the YM Team will not be liable for any injury or damage should you choose to participate.
If in the subjective opinion of the YM staff, you and/or others would be at physical risk using YM's Classes and Facilities, you may be denied access to the Classes and Facilities.
XI. Dispute Resolution
At YM, we do our best to make sure you have a great experience every time. Whenever someone purchases a YM class pack, we feel indebted to that individual by way of excellent service. We do acknowledge that from time to time, our expectations don’t align. Should this happen, we hope you will give us the opportunity to try to address any challenge you may be facing at YM. To do that, please e-mail us at [email protected] or write to us at Yoga Movement PTE LTD, 1A Lor Telok, #02-01, Singapore 049014. Attention: THE YM FAM. Please include: (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) a description of your concerns, and (4) a description of the specific relief you seek.
XII. Links and Third-Party Sites
YM has not reviewed all the sites linked to the Website and/or App and is not responsible for the content or any off-site pages or other linked sites. Although a third-party website and/or app may contain the YM logo, please understand that it is independent from YM, and that YM has no control over the content of that website and/or app. Going to third party or off-site websites from the Website and/or App is at your own risk. These links do not imply endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with YM.
XIII. Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks of YM are proprietary to YM and may not be used by you for any reasons other than as expressly permitted by these Terms. All Website and App content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are property of, or duly licensed to, YM. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of the Website and App for the sole purpose of making class reservations, purchases, or other personal use.
Any other use of materials on the Website and App, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of YM, is strictly prohibited.
You acknowledge that YM and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of all Website and App materials, and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading, copying, or using any such material in accordance with these Terms. YM may discontinue or remove the Website or App, or any portion thereof, or discontinue your right to use the Website or App, or any portion thereof, at any time.
XIV. Use of the Site and Studios By Minors
The minimum age to attend classes at Yoga Movement is 16. If you are under the age of 16, you are not permitted to access or make any class bookings through the various booking platforms. Refer to clause (X) for our Waiver and Release terms.
Yoga Movement will not be liable for any misuse of the YM Website or the YM App.
XV. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event will YM be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website, the App, or on any other linked/third-party website, your purchase of YM classes, your booking of classes, your purchase of merchandise, your communication with YM, and your use of and attendance at YM's studios, including without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs, or other data on your information handling systems or otherwise, including any claims waived by you previously in this agreement even if YM expressly advised of the possibility of such damage.
All information, goods, services, products and experiences are provided by YM on an "as-is" basis only. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods, services, products and experiences remains with you. Should the goods, services, products and/or experiences prove defective after purchase, you assume the entire cost of such defect. YM provides no representations and warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are consenting to the use of your images in marketing and promotional materials.

The Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
