Some things just feel right when they return. Our Robertson Quay studio is back to having two practice rooms, opening up more space for movement, more flexibility in our schedule, and more room for the community to grow together again.

We are welcoming Quayside and Flipside, the two practice rooms that now sit side by side at Robertson Quay.
Being back to two rooms means more classes across the day and week, giving you more options to practise in a way that fits into real life. Whether you are coming in early, moving between meetings, or slowing things down after a long day, there is now more space to show up consistently. Quayside and Flipside support different energies and rhythms while staying rooted in the same Yoga Movement approach. Two rooms, one shared intention, and the freedom to choose the practice that meets you where you are.
This return to two rooms allows us to welcome more people without losing what makes the studio feel personal and grounded. More classes creates better access, and better access supports sustainable practice over time. At Yoga Movement, we believe yoga should be for everybody and every body. Being back to two practice rooms at Robertson Quay helps us continue building a space where movement is inclusive, flexible, and part of everyday life.
If you have been waiting for more class options, more time slots, or simply more room to move, Robertson Quay is ready to welcome you back.
